Still cannot log in so I have removed all funds until problem is resolved.

Cashouts (3) were all processed in under 12 hours though.

Hopefully you guys plan on a much more sound way of verifying nevada location than this cell phone debacle. I know there will be growing pains, i get it, but many people including myself have been having alot of trouble logging in even after being verified and playing for a few days. Isn't there a way you could do an ip address check instead of this really annoying cell phone verification thing?

Getting the can't verify location after many days of playing. Phone is charged and working at full bars. (verizon)

+1 pretty tilting i play on the site 8+ hrs a day take a break, log back on and it doesnt work. it usually works when i turn my phone off and on. but haven't got it to work for the last 45mins.

add me to the list of people who have registered, deposited, played, and are now being told that their location can't be verified.

I'm sitting in the same room, of the same house, in the same city, in the same state, that I did when I first started playing. I can take a god damn picture of the reno skyline with today's newspaper in the picture to verify I'm in NV... why is this crappy software unable to verify where I'm at?!?!!?

whenever I have a problem with verification I :

1) Turn off phone wifi.
2) Reboot phone.
3) Restart Ultimate Poker.

Location problems happen once a week but those steps have worked every time.

Suggestions for software upgrades:

1. Get rid of the animated card dealing. It slows down the game and it disables all buttons.

2. Create waiting lists for all tables.

3. Show the amount of the pots (not counting the bets) so we can compare it to the bets.

Please just get the cards out on all ins. With my computer lag it takes upwards of 7-8 seconds to see the river after the money gets all in pre flop. I'm sick of getting slowrolled by the software. Very tilting.

Can the software be downloaded and played on an Ipad?

am successfully logged into UP for the first time ever, at the burger king free wifi at Trop and Pecos. a friend drove me up here to do laundry, and im relieved its working. still would like to find a way to get this to work with an aircard, isnt anyone at all on this thread having luck with an aircard?

really weird i got no text at all on my cell, why didnt they send one? yet i still got online, its like they didnt even check, unless they can verify my cell without sending a text. its right next to me

am now in the laundymat, the laundrymat does NOT have free wifi like the burger king did, and guess what, since im back on the verizon aircard my location is no longer showing up as NV

The software slow rolling at showdown is very aggravating. I wish they would fix that, just turn all the cards over at once that are going to be shown.

It would also be nice if they would fix the deck so that it doesn't have the seemingly incessant 4 card straight and flush boards show up as much.

Is the deck set at the beginning of the hand, like Pokerstars, or are the cards randomizing till seen/dealt, like Full Tilt?

tournament schedule the 2nd. 9 tournaments worth playing a week (and 1 isn't even a gtd prize pool) isn't going to cut it. as best i can tell the nightly and 10k sunday haven't hit overlay yet so it's not like people don't want to play tournaments. having a schedule littered with nothing but 1/5/10 sngs is pretty weak

after going thru the dreaded "can not verify" issue after playing for a couple weeks as normal... I am back on now without doing a damn thing.

I just kept logging in daily and one day it came up as status "active".

I did send an email to support, but all I got back was a looking in to it email... by then I was already back on line.

I am guessing here... but in order for the system to be unexploitable, it would need to be randomized on an ongoing basis.

Once upon a time, no limit was played no limit. Yet again, small player pools need to be protected by advertising, not changing the basic tenets of the game.

Are cash games available other than holdem. Finally return to vegas on the 27th.
