so ****** stupid. How about US gov't just legalizes online poker, make sure it collects taxes on winnings, and let us play at full tilt and pokerstars. Playing against only 1 state is idiotic. The volume of players is going to be lolbad

This is a pretty cool moment, the fact that online poker is officially back in the US. But it also really sucks that pokerstars is locked out. It is insane how much better the stars software and everything is. Terrible they are locked out

I needed to update to Windows Service Pack 3 and update my Windows Installer (MSI) to 4.5 to install UP.

Just a heads up for people trying to download the software with Norton Antivirus, it will automatically delete the application due to its reputation (since no one has downloaded it before) you need to restore it from the quarantine area.

never emailed my ID

but I signed up at like 5am PST, so maybe they changed the sign up since then

I think you only need to send in an ID if their software flags you as... well, "sketchy."
