It was crashing for me as well. I uninstalled and reinstalled and so far so good.

I also used a registry cleaner before the reinstall.

I was watching a buddy play the $1 rebuy on pokerstars today..
the total purse is at $92,000.00 and first prize is $12,000.00.
for $2 you can come in after the first hour and have 32,000 chips.
I mean really guys..$2 to win $12,000.00

it makes my stomach turn that as U.S. citizens, the land of the FREE.

Ultimate Poker : I want to say good job as to the product that was brought to us as the first legal site . With all the complaints and such it's crazy to think that people are not happy.

That being said I fall on the fence . I was doing great on the site and then what has been discussed with the untimely disconnects and such started happening I chose to withdrawal and wait.

I am hoping and waiting fo. r version 2.0 and am ready to get back at it. I do not need to complain and ask for comps or refunds . The choice s up to the player if you don't like the product don't play.

There are many options in the state to play poker. Take a break kid's and wait and see how the new version works for you. I have been reading the complaints and at the start I had complaints and some made public. My biggest thing is the customer service not the product itself but again I must realize that they have a ton of emails flooding in and pm's from 2+2 . I don't care how much you have wagered your not special untill you are a v.i.p and maybe then Ultimate can eventually assign hosts to certain players so there questions and concerns can be answered in a timely manner as opposed to the robotic answers that come fom the support number.

Just some suggestions . I have a ton of hours and rake paid . I don't want refunds or points or rake back. I want a human being that can answers my questions and concerns when I have them.

My guess for 2.0 Scotty is June 25th . I hope it goes smooth and is everything the players expect.

LOL at this dude's chip stack and even someone else comments in the chat box about it before bolting. ALSO! I was sitting with 800...Left the table to see if it would fix it and sat and it sat me with $300! lmao

And yes I know I said I wouldn't play unless they would make me whole on my complaint and I believe they will and the friday/weekend games are too good to pass up until I see what their verdict is...A+ support and totally understandable with their early soft launch and if they make me good it's all good otherwise I am gone for good.

Just had "the crash" for the first time

Curious if they're actually giving refunds for these (I'm assuming no, so I haven't emailed--I was playing SNG's anyways, & am unsure how'd they'd even calc the amount of monetary damage), can anyone confirm?

I had my first crash yesterday.. I was playing the $1 sat to the ME and for the 1k guaranteed...i was at the final table at one when it happened and couldnt get back to my table kind of tilting but $h1t happens I guess....

This is not a complaint in any way, merely a question:

Why did UP decide to build the software from the ground up instead of buying a prebuilt package and only tweaking it to their liking?

Couldn't they just buy UBs software (which I actually kind of liked) and tweaked it for their own use? Obviously it would have been submitted to the Nevada Gaming Commission for testing and to make sure that the code did not give anyone an unfair advantage. Seems like that would have eliminated a lot of these glitches and missing features.

I am trying, but I can't imagine a logical explanation for offering a guarantee tournament but not wanting to tell anybody about it until an hour before it starts.

Thanks UP for this VIP SNG promotion. Just placed 1st in one of them and unfortunately took 2nd in another. Can't beat that though. Thanks again guys for continued excellence in CS department.

I would say that is absolutely not true unless he is counting play money players , which is a waste of time. they average about 400-450 players if you go by pokerscout.com.....lets hope they get up to 800-1000 players when the new version comes out

I just wanted to pop in here and thank Scott for doing such an amazing job.

I also did my first check cashout and it was pretty good. Requested on 6/8 and received on either 6/14 or 6/15.
