The Rant... Comments & Issues
I had posted my own thread talking about the 1k Nightly that was closed by a moderator because there was already a UP support thread. Long story short I had over 9k left made the money.... flopped a set of 4's with multi action kept my 44 face up clicked all in 6 times and in the mean time I literally watched the action go around the table still had my bet & hand face up but was never processed by the server I made a move but in fact according to their records I just timed out yet I still watched everything in real time with my set face up. The dealer box said I timed out. It then shipped the pot to a guy on my left and mucked his cards. We went into break right after the hand. It still had my bet & cards face up 2.5 mins into the break and the guy who lost the hand left his cards face down. So my action never counted and it threw my whole game off but that's not their fault (but the fact the software faulted is). The reason I'm posting this is because my other tables worked just fine at the same very moment I had to take pics just to send in.... I did start ranting and raving with customer service in e-mail & "I apologize". I shouldn't have and they did credit me with the buy-in for the tourney. A good analogy would be if you were at the final two tables flopped a set of fours in mid position said all in 6 times (would have won been 5th in chips and 1rst was $1300) left my hand face up passed me by as if I wasn't there, watch the big pot get shipped to my left & left my bet and my cards face up and the losers hand face down 2.5 into the break right after the hand. My point is this I keep being told it's on my end, doubt it if it was my other table would of had the same problems and it was only on this table with this hand that mattered the most... there went my tourney when I dumped the rest of my chips upset right after the break & raised blinds. (while no lag on my system 50mb internet & dual processor with windows 7) Least to say even tho' my tourney entry was credited back I'm not happy about this situation because I know my system is not faulty nor is my 50mb connection. They say the case is still open and originally called it and I quote "Graphical Error" but I think people need to be aware this because it's not the first time it has happened nor is it the second. I was in a all in situation in a cash game and got completely kicked off the table with no reaction or recoil at all. It's very upsetting. I'm posting this rant if you care to further investigate I suggest reading the comments at the bottom of this article.

This was their last response after customer service was done listening to me rant...
I am trying to work with you but I feel like you are not understanding my explanations of the issue or our policies, or even my intentions.
I fully intend to credit your account an amount yet to be determined as a result of this incident have intended to do so since my first e-mail to you. I haven't done so yet because I do not have all the information.
I have not "ruled" on anything. As I said before, I do not consider this issue closed and I would like your cooperation so we can continue.
My priority in this and similar situations is to do three things: assess the situation for an appropriate refund; collect any information our technical staff might need to understand the malfunction; and if applicable, troubleshoot with the player on how this problem can be minimized or avoided in future.
I really do want to assist you but you have prioritized ranting and making threats over discussing this with me so we can move forward. Now you are demanding a resolution in three hours despite not even giving me a chance to collect information and investigate. This makes it even more difficult for me to find a fair result.
I have credited your account $50. This is the buy-in for the tournament in question. I still do not consider this matter closed. I suspect that, given all the information, I may elect to issue your account another credit. I would very much like it if you could allow me the opportunity to discuss this with you so I may accomplish the three items I mentioned above, but I would need you to trust that we are not adversaries, answer my questions, and try to refrain from making threats, jumping to conclusions, or setting ultimatums and deadlines. Otherwise if you are satisfied with the $50 and would prefer not to discuss this anymore, then that is up to you.
