BTW, wasn't South Point supposed to be the first site out of the gate? I hate to see where they're at if this the current state and they weren't as"ready".
Why can't we play on stars? Oh right it was because these very same entities who are offering these crap sites lobbied hard against them in the first place. How can anyone who used to play on stars ever want to play on a site like this? To quote one of my favorite films, "People don't drink the sand because they're thirsty, they drink it because they don't know the difference."

Thanks for the feedback. It is certainly bumpy for the people who can't get online, I'll agree with you there. However, we worked really hard at meeting regulatory requirements. Converting our software into something that both passes regulation and "just plays poker" is not a trivial task. We busted our butts to do so, though, and that's why we're here now. We just thought it was worth getting a game to Nevada, even if that game is admittedly basic. Regulation is a great thing but it doesn't happen automatically, it needs to be built.
Here's what I can promise you, though. We aren't done. We aren't even close to done. We have smart people, dedicated people, experienced people, and the backing of one of the biggest and best casinos in Nevada. Plus, we're sitting behind the owners of the UFC. Do you remember what the UFC was 15 years ago? I'll give you a hint - it was not what it is now. There's a reason *I* believe that this company is going to "get there, one time, so sick" - it's because the ownership is committed to doing this right.
This isn't a skin, this isn't a site hidden in an overseas bunker behind neverending lobster dinners. We're here in Nevada, with names, faces, and the experience of the past decade of online poker to back it up.
Is it perfect? No. Is it awesome? Yep.
