did you actually stop playing in washington when they made it a felony? no one ever has been prosecuted on that and everyone i know continued playing just like the rest of the US until PS and Full Tilt got shut down

I pickup up an AT&T Alcatel 510A Pre-Paid Cell Phone from Target for $14.99 which also required a minimum $15 prepaid card ($30 total). Worked perfectly. Verified instantly with UP. Played two games without issue.

I can also vouch for the triangulation on login. Turned phone off and logged into UP account and it said location not verified. Turned phone on and logged into UP account...location verified.

I just started playing live $1/$3 Spread at little Creek 2 days a week it runs...

what stakes do they have?

in washington it was no harder to get money on stars or Full tilt then anywhere else in the US now obviously no one from US can get money on those sites but until they cut out all US customers it worked just fine for WA players

Not true, I have friends in Cali, and Texas that have put Money on Merge recently, but Washington blocks everything somehow... but ya before I had no issues putting money on Tilt and Stars...

Can anyone from the site let us know if they have plans on increasing these limits?

I thought I was having the same problem that you are. (I still may be having that same problem.)

But I also just realized that the address I gave when I signed up doesn't match the address on my ID that I handed the lady at the cage. Maybe that's my problem and not the iphone 4s from AT&T.

Either way, still waiting on support to verify what's going on.

OK I've put in a few hundred hands on ultimatepoker 2/4 and 3/6 NL, so here are a list of crucial software changes/improvements that absolutely need to happen. This is just off the top of my head...

1. Don't have auto-post on by default. It's frustrating to auto-post UTG twice in a row.
2. Hand histories. Start with a hand history that pops up when you click the hand ID, then move on to hand histories that can be saved to the user's HD. Even if UP doesn't want to allow HUDs, we need hand histories that can be imported into HEM2/PT4 for personal record-keeping. I, for one, can't wait to see how amazing my red line and AIEV line look on this site.
3. Add some way to prevent the tables from repeatedly stealing keyboard focus when the action is on you. I'm playing right now and half this post is ending up as gibberish in UP chatboxes.
4. Resizable tables. Can't even 3-table on a 1920x1080 resolution laptop without overlap, which is just rotten.
5. Time banks.
6. Ability to take notes on opponents.

Anyway, congrats on being first to market, UP. Hope you stay open to customer suggestions and keep constantly improving; the quick response to the captcha issue was a good start.
