At 8 hours per employee (gotta give them lunch!), with a half hour for lunch, an hour for random training and so on, we have 140,400 total seconds of work time per day (6 employees). If 5000 emails come in, that yields 28.08 seconds per email. Oh, also, cashouts for customers who couldn't play for some reason.
It takes quite a bit of time to see what's wrong, look at a scanned ID, file all the stuff wherever it needs to go, and so on.. Trust us, we're busting our asses to get the best service to everyone involved, and all of the support staff is pulling overtime until they fall asleep.
We're super excited about this, but we just hope that everyone can bear with us while we get up on our feet. We don't expect that this will be the norm. Seriously!
