Oh please stop whining. Of course on launch their support is overwhelmed, how many hundreds of trained staff do you expect them to pay? Of course on launch there will be verification issues.
As for 3 carriers...what do you want them to do? Delay the launch until the hold out agrees?
On the first page there is even a moan that it was soft launched not advertised in advance...something that would have made the first day worse for customer service and meant a later launch, you would need to be ready before setting that date.
Stop moaning, calm down.
