Were there no other choices besides IOVation?

If you had other choices, and still chose IOVation, then I think that's really messed up. Those guys absolutely do not deserve more profit from the poker community. I get that they are licensed by Nevada (which is a shame), but that doesn't mean that you are required to use them, right? Unless I am misunderstanding something, that's still a choice that you made.

Currently at the cage in Palace Station where the clueless decrepit employee "closed the online poker screen" on her computer now she can't figure out how to open it again and obv neither can any of the other clueless employees around here. I understand it's the first day but how do you not at least go through this once or twice with your employees? Fail

I find it disconcerting that the cage at Palace station is full of decrepit untalented employees. I assumed it would be full of hot IT certified customer service virtuosos.

If you have a car you might want to go to Boulder Station then. I think I read of a positive experience there earlier.

My wife did a test deposit at Palace Station on Saturday and had a great experience. As the cages get more deposits/withdrawals their service will improve.

Could be why I can't get verified since I'm using that phone as hotspot. I will try to connect to wifi tomorrow and hopefully it verifies my location.

This is the screen I get when I go to their site on my laptop. There's nothing to click, I can't figure out what the deal is. I turned off NoScript, but still nothing.

ive created 2 accounts becaus every time i create 1 it gives me an error msg but doesnt say what the error is just that theirs been an error then i try to log in anyway and says password is wrong then i request password and they never send me the email lol. i give up

cell phone thing is easy easy to deal with. the fact that they won't let you use a VPN makes it impossible

To the people saying UP should reimburse them for their own cell phone service... You gotta absolutely be kidding me, stop it with the stupid entitlement mentality already. Dear Lord, UP owes you nothing. UP is offering you a service, not forcing you to use it. Nothing annoys me more than the fricken entitlement culture in this country today.

Scott - As you know from an earlier post I had trouble with the cell verification and could not play. I am not getting any text at all. I am talking to someone else having problems that get the texts but cannot verify location. Shouldn't I at least be getting a text, even if my provider is not able to verify location? If so, what could cause the problem?
