Is there a problem with the NJ software? Is there a problem with the NJ software?

It was non responsive, rebooted, logged in again, and it is incredibly laggy for everyone. Is this the software that was being beta tested? This is really unplayable (it was pretty unplayable when I beta tested the client, too, but the theory was that was the logging add on).

Edit - this is just awful, it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. It booted me for a while and took like 5 minutes before I could play at the nightly 5K. Maybe it is server problems? A ddos?

If there are any reps around today (Sunday) I would love a status on this. Will there be refunds for the 5k last night? Is this problem fixed / going to be fixed by the time the 20K rolls around today?

I would suggest doing the online chat... I could be wrong, but I think they have reps there starting at 4pm.

Maybe. I would expect some sort of statement from the site though; everyone was affected, not just me. (well, at least everyone in the 5K, I am assuming it was site wide though, since I was having problems just getting tourney lobbies to open.)
