I wanted to put in a good word for UP support again. There was an issue with a tournament that got canceled. I contacted support and within an hour the refund was paid and a professional response was received.

I feel the fact that UP offers local support is a huge plus and is a major strength that I hope the company will continue to offer to players as it expands.

The companies that have outsourced support to other countries have it all wrong IMO and I have moved my play entirely to UP because I know any issue I run into will be resolved as soon as possible.

Will HHs by email be available by January? The IRS wants to know our winnings and losing each session.

Working on it - definitely don't want to promise anything by January, but if needed, you can e-mail support for session data.

Your database system appears broken as evidenced by how the "Complete History" and "Game History" functions have been broken for a long time now.

It makes me think that the reason your cashouts have slowed down is related to this.

I beg you to get the "History" functions working again right away.

I am happy to report that I did a cashout last weekend and it only took a little over 24 hours and now I just received a cashout approved email less than hours after the cashout.

Its nice to see you guys seemingly getting back on track with the turn around time.

My first cashout was very quick. Less than 2 weeks from requesting it to check in hand.

LOL at complaints regaurding cashouts that take a couple days. The other option for US players is merge and WSOP. Merge takes a few months and my last wire from wsop took 10 days.

I've moved all my play to UP also. WSOP customer "support" is a joke.

Difficult to understand why any check from Ultimate Poker would bounce. is there a money flow problem we don't know about.

No cash problems. Isn't even possible. Sometimes there are issues with bank/account information, etc. But since I haven't heard from the person, I assume the issue's been resolved.

You can play as long as you are physically located in Nevada. The IP of your internet source has to also be Nevada based. WIFI at places like starbucks, mcdonalds often don't work because of that.
