If you're on a desktop (or laptop) without a WiFi card and connecting directly to your WiFi router not wirelessly, like me, you will need to head out and purchase a USB WiFi Adapter to ping your WiFi connection to your desktop/laptop.

Found this out the hard way, but got it done and every site works. $40 for one of the faster USB WiFi Adapters, oh well get to write it off anyways

Had problems trying to deposit with both Visa debit and Bank transfer. I know this isn't a bank issue because I just deposited on another poker site with no issue at all.

Actually it could be a bank issue. My deposits went fine but then my bank declined the next one.

They do it automatically. It just takes awhile.

It says I need to verify my Age/Id/Address it tells me I can email a driver's license. It does not however provide the email address to send that to. What is the email address?

The software says that it cannot verify the registration data, but doesn't offer a solution. It just reloads the 2 pages registration form. So, where do I go from here?

Most common reason for a failure in verifying registration data is a mismatch between legal name, SSN and date of birth. Double-check all of them (and different variants of your legal name, if you changed your name, etc) and if still no luck, contact Player Care.

i'm being told my location can't be verified. I talked to support and they say my ip is showing i'm from PA, which is far from true, and every site I look up my IP on has me located in NJ

support didn't really have an answer for how to remedy the problem they just said 'we'll look into it'

any options right now as what i can do?

So far, this site has been the best of the one's I've tested. I will actually be able to get money on and play tomorrow, which can't be said of the other sites I've tried.

I really am liking the site so far. I especially like the fact I can get in touch with live support.

Just got a glitch that said your account cannot currently play contact support. They told me just clicking different seats and tables. Eventually you will be able to play. Just thought I would pass on the info.

Visa is going to be an issue. You may deposit with PayNearMe at 7/11 once you have the barcode printed out.

Hello. I am trying to create an account from the client. After I enter all of my information and press "Create Account", I just get sent back to the first page with a message that says "We could not verify your registration data."

I still can't get verified as in NJ on this site. I was able to at around 8pm on the 22nd and after that I haven't been able to. I talked to support and they said they were advancing my issue and I would get an email. Does anyone know of any fixes? I can play on other NJ sites no problem.

I've tried this multiple times. I'm definitely entering the information accurately, and I've been able to register with WSOP and Borgata.

Me too. I've registered at all other sites and already played there.
I wanted to check out US'c software so bad that I had to email my ID to UC's cust. serv. dept. but they told me I have to wait for an email with a ticket number or what not.

When I try to download the software the following error message pops up.

"This installer package cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service. You must install a Windows service pack that contains a newer version of the Windows Installer service."

I haven't had any issues with the other available sites (Borgata, 888, wsop). Any idea what this means or how to fix it? Thanks.
