I tried to log in but it said the password is invalid. I typed it right. How can I fix this?

I could log in, set up my account, it confirmed my cell phone & email but couldn't deposit money to sit at empty tables. I tried credit card first, then bank but I will try 7-11 on Friday.

it probably can't confirm your location like everybody else, looks like UP is having some troubles, go to click on a table and it will most likely say that it cant verify you are in NJ and to contact support

Looks like I am out. My cell phone does not accept text. I use google voice for text they don't support VOIP. It's OK plenty of non US online poker.

This is exactly what's happened to me, along with the "can't confirm that I'm in NJ" thing when I see if I can take a seat.

Had problems with each site tonight, which is too bad.

did they ever get it up and running last night?

I gave up and deposited on WSOP and everything was smooth sailing for me, but from reading their thread they had some issues as well. But hey, thats what soft launches are for, figuring these bugs out

Hey guys, sorry about all the geolocation issues yesterday. I kind of expected it to be bad, but didn't think it would be that bad. This is the world we live in now with hard deadlines for product launches, a lot of stuff cobbled together at the last minute and held together with a lot of duct tape and hope.

That's not an excuse. We screwed up, and we know it. The good news is that we know *how* we screwed up. Within the next couple of hours I'll have an idea whether there should be a fix in time for today's 6PM re-launch.

We know everyone's excited to play poker again and we are very sorry things didn't go more smoothly. The technology team has 4 days to fix it, and they won't rest until they do.

Thanks for hanging in there with us.

its a legal thing, both states would have to legalize a compact with each other. For the sites it would be a no-brainer once (or IF) it becomes legal

Just tried to sign in and it said my password was wrong. I reset it and then it still said my password was wrong. Any one else have this problem?

We're not quite turned on yet. We're working on a fix that might help the geolocation process be a little bit more accurate, but it'll take some time, maybe an hour or so.

I appreciate the prompt updates about the problems. Quite frankly, not used to it. It's very helpful, as the natural (but ridiculously paranoid) reaction, given all of the geolocation stuff, is that when there is a problem it's something on my end and I'm never going to be able to play, ever, if I can't figure out what it is.

Yep, same thing except I can"t reset because it is part of my name which it is not. tried a totally different PW same thing part of your name.

Im in at the Borgata but can't deposit because the cashier is down.
Way too much trouble.

Hey, we were running into that issues earlier as we were not completely launched yet. Please try again now that our site is back up and ready to go.

I installed loki on both my pc and laptop and can't get the site to verify my location on ucasino.

I am also not receiving the text message. I have a no contract cellphone from consumer cellular.



Also where can I download the poker software? Can I at least browse the games/software if I'm not verified?
