Where can I get text hand histories?

Also, I have tried to see what villains call down with but I look in the hand history you have on website and it doesn't show their hands.

Love the site and the customer service. Some additional items I would like to see is:
Player notes
Time banks
Time banks not counted against when disconnected and you come back online right away.
Electronic withdrawal option.

We're working on all of the above.

Not part of my request at all. I would stop playing on the site if this occurred. What's the point of playing people if you don't know who they are...

Are Heads Up ring games in the plans at all?

Anonymous tables can be provided for you at bovada where the fish who can't handle real poker live. Your free to play there. When you play online poker you don't have a poker face you have a name hand history and in some cases hud stats. That's in place of the poker face. Theses are our tells, without that it's not real poker !

Nope. I am a poker player that likes to keep poker about poker ability and not a whoever has the better software wins contest

I do not want to turn this in to a HUD debate or even a debate of whether third party software should or shouldn't be allowed. I simply wanted to voice to UP that I feel utilization of third party software is ultimately bad for the health of internet poker. Just my opinion and that all.

I understand. But the way I feel is hand history's with anonymous tables mean nothing. You can sit at one table hit and run come back and do it again. How do you protect players if you don't want to play with those kind of people??? I want to no who I'm playing against.

Agree. I would drop the site off my play list in a heartbeat.

This^^^. Kinda hard to play seriously at these sites with no real way to analyze your own play let alone another player's. Same goes for the other competing site.

Also, for the 100th time, when can we get a log-in that remembers both username and password aka the one click log-in? Every other online poker site I have ever played has this feature. If you are the product developer, how do you pass over this detail?

The "card back change" was done with little to no effort months ago and that dealt with 52 separate cards. How hard is it to add a little check box to the log-in screen?
01-15-2014 , 05:12 PM
It's a bit more complicated than changing a card back reference image.

We want the "Remember Login" function ASAP, it just comes down to release cycles based on the testing/approval process of fully regulated poker.

hey I'm really diggin' the features on UP like the spiffy new time bank feature, and the sound alerts, and ...

*dripping sarcasm*

working on that stuff too I suppose??

Pretty unbelievable at this point that the hand histories don't work and the button exploit still exists.

I know everything moves slower because of regulation, but you guys have been up for 8 months.

Geez.

I have a programmer friend with an adderall scrip who barely sleeps. If you pay him a reasonable amount of money he will get all these things done in a few weeks.

I mean is it really the regulatory testing holding UP back or is that a scapegoat?
01-22-2014 , 11:45 AM
I'd be more than happy to take your friend's contact info and pass it along to our director of development. We've made no bones about the fact that we desire to have more talented software developers working for our company, especially those that love and understand poker.

It's not simply a matter of "we have to send everything to testing, and that takes a long time" (although that is a big part of it). A lot of it is the regulatory framework and functionality that already exists in the code. Any new features have to properly interact and co-exist within that environment.

But again, if you, or anyone else has talented people who want to work for us, you can siphon them through me and I'm more than happy to pass these people up the chain.

Would you ever have any use for a post-production sound mixer for any external or internal videos? If you did, would it disqualify me from being able to play on the site?
01-22-2014 , 03:28 PM
I will ask the creative/content teams. I do think it probably would disqualify you from playing.
01-22-2014 , 03:38 PM
Okay, well if you get an answer about a potential need, please feel free to private message me if more info is needed from my end (also if you find out for sure it would disqualify me).

I dont personally have a problem with any of the U.P. staff playing on the site. It would help the numbers especially in the tournaments. I think that the guys and girls would like the dead money. Not to say that I am not dead money on your site...lol!

Please, hand histories, I need to find and close my leaks and calm the voices in my head that are whispering "rigged"...

This is exactly why you guys should never release hand histories
