I only can handle the few crashes that i have if the time bank were extended. I almost always make it back in time or miss 1 or 2 hands. If it was slightly extended and my login details saved it would be an issue that I could live with for the time being.

Any idea on what the bottleneck is on the DGE side? Can the players write someone to suggest ramping up activities in some departments over there?

do they even give you guys a rough estimate on when updates will be approved?

Nope. I would say I'm reasonably confident it'll be approved this week, but I would have said that last week as well. Which is why Scotty and I don't say stuff like that any more. :/

are timebanks going to be included in the next update? that's the feature ive been looking forward to the most.

I was hoping notes myself. I hate having excel spreadsheet for notes.

Timebank is in the version after this one. Proper notes are a ways off but I understand we will soon be able to "colorize" players, or set players to different colours (e.g. "yellow is a fish", "blue is a nitty reg", "purple is a tricky LAG" etc).

This should satisfy the needs of 90%+ of players. Colours are the only notes I've ever taken in my life.

I've been trying to get my account history for my 2013 taxes and am having troubles. I did receive my withdraw/deposit records from you but have tried downloading my complete history and it's coming up blank. It comes in a .cvs file and when I open it with google docs its blank (I'm trying to get a record of all my bonuses/promos monies). I also emailed support asking for my account balance at the end of 2013 and they told me it was $0 which is funny seeing how I've always had money on you site since you launched. This is annoying as hell. You guys need a simple way for us to keep track of our bonus money and wins/losses since we can't use pokertracking software on your site. I honestly have no idea how I'm going to file taxes as I can't get what I need which is simply my net earnings (money won + bonus/promos) (obv I'm filing as a pro) Wsop's site has an easy function for this fwiw.

Usually Dax is the guy who breaks down the new versions, but since he's pretty buried in things, I'll give an overview of the new stuff.

Note that this is all New Jersey; the Nevada version is still with the regulators and we expect it out in the next couple of weeks.

* Waitlists!. Sorry, waitlist feature had a bug in it. Had to take it out.

* Auto top-off, auto-reload. You can now set the minimum amount that you want at all times in your stack.

* There's an Omaha tab. But there are no Omaha games. I've talked about this here. We expect to have Omaha in May.

* You can now use U$ in certain slot machines at ucasino.com. I understand that you guys are all winning +ev players but in case you want to do an emergency conversion of U$ into real dollars, or just feel like a gamble, you can take all those U$ you accumulated and put them through the slot machine.

* New deposit/cashout mechanism: Ultimate Poker prepaid card. Players will now be able to load money on to an Ultimate Poker prepaid card. The cool thing is that we expect nearly all VISA/MasterCard transactions to work on this prepaid card. Additionally, you will be able to cash out winnings to this card, which functions as a Discover card, meaning that you can use it to make purchases at any store that accepts Discover.

Those are the big hitters. There are also some back-end and less visible items, but those are the ones that will affect players the most.

We apologize for how long this version took to get out into the public, but we hope to iterate versions faster in the future.

-is there a way to change the way that tables pop up when multi-tabling? it seems like when I'm playing multiple tables and have a decision on one table, another table will pop up when I have a decision there. pretty sure on stars/ftp you used to be able to make your decision on your first table before the other one pops up

ultimate poker client crashed twice on me today, and its not even 3pm.
first 2 times its happened to me though.

It happened again tonight in the $2 double stack R&A.

I'm getting certificate errors for the explorer stuff today. (e.g. wallet, adds)

I noticed the flop all shows at once now, was that a software update? I liked the slow spread of the cards but maybe I was in the minority.

Also cash game tables that are full have a "Would you like to join the waiting list" but I can't see anything to actually click on to join a list.

The certificate thing seems to have been fixed during my session, I was able to check my wallet and such when I was done.
