I played a handful of sngs this morning to qualify for today's Lucky 7's freeroll, won 3, but was unable to register for the freeroll. In contacting live support, I was informed that I had to win 3 sngs last month to qualify.

I don't think this has always been the case, as I distinctly remember previously qualifying the day before or the day of the freeroll. Regardless, I believe this approach to this promotion is a bad idea that can lead to confusion and annoyance.

I think there is a pretty simple solution. Continue to run the Lucky 7's sngs around the clock, but make the ticket transferable. Once you have won 3 Lucky 7's sngs, you are awarded a ticket that can be used in any Lucky 7's freeroll. If you want to prevent people from loading up on tickets, simply implement a maximum # of tickets.

This will increase traffic leading up to each freeroll as people like myself procrastinate and then play a bunch the last few days before the freeroll. This will also prevent the possibility for confusion or annoyance.

I've played in Lucky 7's freeroll every month for the past 6 months and each time I knew you had to win 3 qualifying sgs the previous month to get in. Beyond 6 months back though I'm not certain.

Basically, win 3 qualifying sgs as fast as possible every month, assuming you don't grind them every day.

That has always been the case OP.

More accurately you get a lucky 7s freeroll ticket at the end of the month where you qualify. For instance I qualified several months back and had a ticket and played the one yesterday without putting in any UP volume last month or this one.
