Walk around once an hour?

Lunch break?

Or just sit there and grind!

I think that's a challenge from Fiddlesticks. Basically we need to have sj and fidz sit at the same table and see who can have a lower VPIP!

I try to split the 8 hours between two venues, to have at least the illusion of a break. I get up for a bathroom break every hour or two, and I play on the phone for a 2-5 minutes every half hour.

I used to make myself wait an hour between phone breaks, but I find that I can concentrate on the game better in 25 minute bursts rather than in 55 minute stretches.

For whatever reason, I never eat at the table. It's not a hard and fast rule; I just don't do it.

I shot the prospect of a consecutive 40 hour week to hell today, 5 hours into it, when I sharted myself...a little. It was less than a quarter teaspoon of material, but obviously I didn't want to sit in it for another 3 hours.

My sleeping schedule has become untethered. It's 4AM here, and I've been up for 3 hours. I'll be leaving in a few hours to play the Flamingo freeroll, then back home to bed, then over to Bally's for the overnight qualifying run for their Saturday freeroll.

I already gave the quantity, the rest is pretty standard: you think you're producing methane and air, but instead you're getting a slightly corrugated liquid. And you're never so present and in the moment as in the 5 seconds after you shart it.
