Not much to report. Monday and Tuesday were days off. I picked up a cold, then took a sick day on Wednesday, not wanting to be passing around chips and cards while sniffling and contagious.

Today I started back and ran bad. Hopefully that will turn soon.

I so wish more people were as courteous as you. The amount of people who go into casinos sick as a dog is gross. I had one guy once say to me that he had rang in sick to work for the first time in 5 years he was that sick, expecting some sort of sympathy from me while he's snotting all over the chips

It occurs to me that I haven't looked at the overnight shift yet. I'll be heading out around midnight (PDT) tonight and seeing if there are any good spots. I'll posit that Planet Hollywood may have some drunkbros playing.

I think it was Greenstein who said in his book he liked to head into the casino early in the morning, maybe 4-5am to take advantage of drunk, tilted and tired players. This could be something to consider if you can handle those sorts of hours.

I'm embarrassed to mention it, but in the interest of full disclosure, let me submit that on Saturday night I was too hungover to play. As my backer, I am very disappointed in my job performance in that spot. It's my hope that there will be no repetition of this type of absence going forward.

I played three notable hands today, including a hand that I may have butchered, but it will take me at least an hour to recall and post them properly, so I'll try to do that tomorrow.

Bally's and Flamingo: 6 hours.

Missing out on playing on a Saturday night is a pretty big leak. If you are going to have a big drinking session probably best to do it on a weekday. Anyway you know everything I'm saying
