Car is a bit of a sore spot. There is an issue with it starting, as in, I've been towed 3 times. The first 2 times, they could never replicate the issue. The 3rd time, they were able to. Problem has been identified. Car should be ready any time now.

Man, that's in the middle of nowhere about 3.5 hours from Dallas. We'll meet up with you somewhere. Just uh i guess give us some info and we can figure something out

The party is at that place past Lufkin. Her house is another 3 hours past that (Vivian, LA). Trying NOT to go to her house.
So, no real plans, just gathering facts.
I've got an easy 30 hours of driving, just getting to the place and back home. Dallas is easy from Atlanta... straight shot for half a day.

I had a really great interview with another company last week. They want me to work there, the owner and hr are working up an offer. I should hear back by this weekend. As long they offer close to what I'm asking, I'm gone.

I need a fresh start. I've mentally checked out at this job. Never on time, leave early. Just really don't care any more
