Are you feeling 100%? Have they said what they think caused it?

I got a heart implant that monitors my **** and uploads to them. They think sleep apnea or "a fib" while sleeping caused it. They don't see anything else. Could make sense because i did fall asleep for like 10-20 minutes, woke up randomly to turn off tv.

Keep forgetting to call the damn sleep study people back to set up appointment.

Was supposed to go back to work today, but just wasn't feeling it. Sleeping 10-12 hours a day still. I'm feeling better, meds make me a little hazy, but other than that, I seem ok.

My typing appears to be fine, computer usage seems ok. Energy level is rising. Still wore out pretty quickly with minor tasks. But, yah, all the stroke symptoms seems to be gone. I may have gotten out of it with little to no permanent effects.

Just will have to see.

So everything but the memo is working.
Could be early onset old-timers.

Physically I'm ready for work, but mentally I'm not there. I still feel weaker than i used to. I feel slower mentally, but no one notices. Probably because i talked so fast and was so much faster than the people around me.

I doubt i lose my job over absence, but i don't want to find out either. On the same note, i don't want to push the brain especially with position I'm working in.

Im cleared physically for work, but maybe it was a bad idea getting cleared so soon. Came home on a Tuesday. Followup the following Tuesday, asked to be released for today (Monday).

I didn't think I'd still feel this way because i was feeling way better physically

Man, i thought I replied here.

Went back to work a couple of weeks ago. I seem to be fine.
Minor aches/pains in my head still. No permanent issues so far.
Have follow ups with all the doctors in the coming weeks.

I probably got forced into work way earlier than I was ready by HR. I'm a bit pissed at her, and because of it, I'm doing the bare minimum at work. I'll rough it out for a few months, and I'll re-evaluate my situation then. I can easily go to work somewhere else for more money, and maybe get to keep what I was promised here. Or I might stay, no clue how I feel until then.

****in tired man. Weather kept me awake. Had some storms all night last night.

Uh, other than that, I'm reminded of a quote by Louis CK - "You don't have to do anything. You can kill yourself. You can only do that once, though."

The weather has been really strange lately all over. Storms? More storms? Storms then snow? Global warming? More like global WARNING. /killme

The new Louis CK has some pretty applicable commentary on suicide in exactly the way I want to hear it. Is it bad when that sort of thing resonates?

Naa, I agree that a lot of society should just kill itself to ease our pain.

The new Chappelle stuff is pretty solid, also. Love the Cosby/superhero stuff.

+1 again

Chappelle has gotten JACKED (appropriate thread for this adjective) lately! The whole Tyrone Biggums thing really doesn't apply anymore, it's impressive.

And the fact that he's touring so much is pretty great too.

He's coming to Dallas in one of the newer venues. Couldn't get a seat for less than $225 before fees and taxes.
