Do you usually eat out for lunches, or eat at home?

It should be apparent from my blog entries that I'm eating out a lot. Under normal conditions, when I'm in a routine, I typically eat homemade lunches. However, my life has not been stable lately. But it's been a good kind of unstable. I'm currently in Florida covering the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open for Bluff, so I'm almost always eating at the casino. Back home, I've been spending much of my free time with a girl I recently started seeing, so we've been eating out together quite a lot. Prior to that I was living out of a cheap hotel because I procrastinated at looking for an apartment. I now have a place of my own, and will do more grocery shopping upon my return.

But all of this is way off-topic. This is a derailment of my blog. God, you're such a troll.

whats your favorite food, do you have a food budget? Do you drink alot of coffee or beer.

how much do you spend on lunches a week?? Imagine if that money went to gambling and hookers!!

Once again, I must apologize to all my fans. It's not easy making regular updates to a blog, you know. Many people give it the old college try for a week or two, then quickly lose interest and stop posting. This subforum is a graveyard of promising young blogs that never reached their full potential.

When I started this blog, I vowed to not fall into that trap. I made a promise to my fans to post what I've eaten for lunch each and every day. I knew it would be challenging with so many other things on my mind. Over the last four months my life has completely changed. I've moved to a new city, entered the workforce, made new friends, traveled across the country, and embarked on a quest of self-improvement. I'm learning new skills. I'm spending much of my free time with a wonderful girl. I'm setting goals for myself such as saving my money, improving my health and learning to not dress like such a dork.

Despite all of these things occupying my time and my thoughts, I still do my best to give something back to the fans. You were there for me when they put onions on my cheeseburger. You showed concern when I skipped lunch that one time, and also that other time. If it weren't for you guys, I wouldn't be eating barbecue in the Alpha8 green room, pizza in the Hard Rock food court, or sandwiches from a mom and pop delicatessen in Atlanta. I'd be eating some other kinds of food. Probably foods that make for far less interesting blogging.

Perhaps I've bitten off more than I can chew. Maybe I don't have what it takes to make daily lunch updates. Maybe I set my sights too high with an unattainable goal, and set myself up for inevitable failure. I've broken my promise to the fans. But I'm still going to keep doing my very best. If not daily blog updates, then as frequent as is humanly possible. When I eat a chicken sandwich that was just kind of okay and was slightly overcooked with a little to much mayonnaise, you're going to hear about it. Nothing stops this train. I will never, ever ever ever ever give up.

By the way, I had a sausage and cheese croissant with coffee today.
