Not at all. In fact I'm dissatisfied with my physique and would like to put on some weight. I've been thinking about putting together a meal plan and doing some weight lifting. Now that I'm settled in at my new residence, I may start doing that soon.

Apologies to all my fans for the lack of updates. My personal and professional life have become very busy lately, but I will not bore you with the details as that is irrelevant to my blog.

Yesterday I had a spicy chicken sandwich and unsweetened ice tea.

Today I had a rather bland hamburger and fries, also with unsweetened ice tea.
