Yea saw that you were temp banned wtf.

I hate how treadmill timers truncate 1:25 or 2:25 back to 25 mins. Without fail, every time I would be chilling sick but zoned in like a cobra on an hour plus run, some hot chic would get on a treadmill next to me and look at my timer and it would say 7 mins. Meanwhile I would look like hot death with 5 fridges on my back. fuuuuuuu

13.1 miles is pretty sick. You're going to be hurting tomorrow. I've found that my endurance can handle that distance, but the blisters and chaffing just aren't worth it.

Respect.

'Cause music is what I want, to keep my body always moving. I can't stand it when the music stops!

:25 to early :27 imo And the guitar lead throughout, the way he often resolves phrases, sounds like a lil tremolo dive perhaps.. absolutely Tomas Rosicky. (Keith also throughout, especially the intro with the funk guitar.. Titan)

lol Thx, bro! It's hilarious. I was pleasantly surprised to see the odometer provide for a distance beyond ten miles, having never eclipsed ten before, but I can't say the same for the timer. I was, obviously, mid-stride at a pace of 6.2 mph when the timer reached 100 minutes(00:00), and the f*cking thing stopped. I caught myself, paused in disbelief for a few seconds, then restarted for the last 3.1 miles looool Who the F is in charge of sh*t on this planet??!

No blister issues luckily for me over the years when I've intermittently dedicated myself to better fitness. Did have one instance of chafing @ my right armpit a few weeks back, but just that once. Nothing downstairs, ty baby Jesus.

You and me, kid.

It's amazing, the last time I was this inspired to get fit, the World Cup provided serious impetus in 1998, and it's doing it again. Monday, my 2nd job at work haha I met a third employee of Sporting KC. I've been with my current employer almost exactly one year, and had previously met a 19 yearold kid, Jon Kempin, who's one of the organizations back-up goalkeepers, currently with some minor league affiliate. He was with Orlando City, but now has been loaned elsewhere. Anyway, I also met a cat, months back, forget his name right now, that contributes to the pregame TV broadcast. But yesterday I met Diego Gutierrez who does the actual TV game broadcast with his broadcast partner Callum Williams. Diego is also a former player for the KC Wizards, and at one point years ago, I didn't miss a Wiz game for a 2 year stretch, attending all the home games at Arrowhead. The team just recently changed their name to Sporting KC. I did a couple plumbing repairs for him yesterday and we chatted, what a nice guy. Google search him lol.

He and I yesterday lol I gotta work on my appearance @ work and in general. That's wat this effort is all about! geee.

So, I followed up the half marathon Monday with just an old school hour last night. Nada today imo.

Hahah @ work today, took a little video of a job just completed. Honest to God, I had thought to say, "Do you see?" prior to actually recording, but I spaced it during the recording. I feel I've let you down yet again.

My attempt at some guitar recently

Physical exhaustion brings out emotion in me hah Ohhh it's good. I teared up after that 13.1 Monday watching this video.. because It's so beautiful, and I wanna be like Jay Jay Okocha!

If anybody axe you who you are, just stand up tall, look 'em in the face and say, "I'm that star up in the sky, I'm that mountain peak up high. Hey, I made it, I'm the World's greatest." R Kelly layin' it down.

Vernon @ 4:00 imo

How do I not want you?

And.. it's a comedy of errors! whoda thunk it.. I didn't average an exact 10 minute mile the 1st ten miles, I averaged a bit better.. completing 10 miles somewhere in the 96th minute, I think.. leaving me with something like 2.6 to manage once I had to restart the fricken machine..

keep it concise, dunce cap!

Diego Gutierrez and I, that shoulda been in post 83

So, I knock out my 2 jobs today like Campion del Mundo, get back to the shop, and The Boss and a buddy, prolly 5 beers deep at 2 pm, start volunteering life advice.. "Ya know, I read a study that said you don't wanna run more than one or two miles a day, anything more daily will shorten your life." and "Yeah, your tendons and ligaments only have so much tread on 'em.. etc yadda, yadda." Basically implying that a sedentary life of beer guzzling is the scientifically approved method of human longevity. Anyway, I respond, "The brightest lights burn out fastest, muthafuqee."

Human Understanding: The Made-up God's gift to us all. --Sam 'Schlitzy' Harris

Is this the start of the breakdown, is it?

didn't heed their assclown advice.. benching some right there at the shop earlier today

shortly after getting home, I biked 11 approximate miles.

then shortly after returning home from bike ride..best old school hour yet .. Do You See, bubble boys and girls? Don't do anything without first consulting a lol medical professional!(fyi.. my dad, mom and step dad are all MDs.. whatever happened to me? yeah I know)

Aren't pregnant women beautiful? We all know who the baby-daddy is errr(honestly an update on physique, I'm down about 17ish lbs. from the original 224 starting pt to 207ish uh nice) and carrying all that weight, I'm knocking out these lengths 'cause OCD up in heeya os.

Spoiler:

u still don't wanna see front angle again quite yet.. stretch marks and pockmarks lol not pretty.. cept, like we all know now Bijou Phillips does like a gut on a guy.. Come on, Baby. Come on along.

Schiltz,

On a scale of 1 to 10, how difficult is it to replace a garbage disposal? (1 being replacing the flapper valve in a toilet and 10 being replacing a 100ft run of septic pipe underneath a foot of concrete)

Have you read biggerboat's blog? My handyman skill is like his. Divided by 17.

What is the hardest plumbing job you've ever had? Did you ever tell the lobotomy scar story?

lol disposal replacement is a 2 on the scale.. though if what we term, 'The Mount,' ( similar to what is termed, 'the strainer basket' on the non-disposal-side of the standard two compartment/basin kitchen sink) which is the transitional piece from sink to disposal requires replacement, then a 2.2niner err wat?

It's very easy once you do it a time or two : )

back with those other answers soon. And I'll check biggerboat's blog, thx for the heads-up.

Biked 20 miles the 15th. Biked 11 and ran 7 today.

Took the following pic earlier today, with the intent of texting it to this gal I was to meet for dinner. As I held my phone up, I thought I looked a smidge like Forest Gump, so I tried to capture it.. and I think it does a little. So anyway included with the pic I texted is the following typo and subsequent roll-with-it escape:

Me "Trying for my best Forest Forest Gimp just now, I swear, and I think I pulled it off!"

Me "Gimp lol"

Me "Gimp fits too gump gimp"

Me "I am not a bright man err"

Me "U can't buy that type of comedy right there loool"

Her "lol so true"

I got a kiss at end date tho

Crushings.

Ok, I've been giving some thought to what is a most difficult plumbing job, and I really can't think of too many lol. The thing is, like with any profession, I imagine, the more experience one has, the less intimidating a given job becomes. It's all about working smart, limiting wasted motion, dedicating 5, 10 or 15 minutes at the start to formulation of attack plan!

What's he do, nibble your bum?

Today I jackhammered up an area of floor to delete a stretch of pipe, a drain continuation from a washing machine stand-pipe in a basement. Every time the washing machine went to drain via pumped discharge, the stand-pipe would overflow. I tried initially to cable the drain line free of whatever blockage existed, but the end of my cable came back muddy, and wouldn't advance past a certain point.. The decades-old, sub-slab, 2" diameter cast-iron pipe had rotted out and was full of impassable build-up. So I removed about a 3' stretch.. then cabled the line, and my cabled advanced easily.. pictured in photo one.. then the subsequent steps. I'd say this job was a 5 on the scale.. largely due to my exercise yesterday and the physical aspect to jackhammering and hauling off the shards of old concrete floor via 5-gallon bucket up the basement stairs and out.. not too much mental requirement errr

That orange clay tile, visible in photo #1(also used to support the new p-trap lol ingenius! err).. I think is an old foundation drain that had filled with crap over the years and was bone dry.. and had I coupled it back together, it would have impeded the 2" drain from having proper grade. The old 2" line had ducked under the tile with a sub-floor p-trap.

been still truckin on my fitness goal, but haven't been able to really buckle down on the diet, so I'm still right around 207 still.. but I imagine I'm gaining muscle and losing fat os. Physique updates via pics to come in the not too distant future as well as lobotomy scar story!! err ok so recently the exercise regimen consisted of:

last Monday, my best old school hour yet.. crushings

post run after the above.. red-faced and scary geez louise lol

then followed it up the next day, last Tuesday with less crushing

then took Wednesday and Thursday off and then biked approximately 28 miles Friday.. sat and sunday off then ran yesterday and today hah

Monday

I quit Skoal.. haven't had a chew in I think 5 days.. no real craving to do so either.. and I may be getting a new job, another very lucky plumbing outfit errr.. Ill keep ya posted.

I totally agree.. It's weird, tho my bro is totally hooked on chaw. A can a day easy. I had a far tougher time quitting smoking too when I was about 18 I quit smoking both cigs and weed. I think I feel better. I'd eat a big meal, then have a big Skoal, then literally suffer in a food/ nicotina induced coma for an hour. I take it u schmoke a da pancake?

40+ years a smoker. About a pack a day now.
Gave up my serious drinking a couple years ago when I broke my liver, so that helped reduce my cigarette usage.
Set fire to a few stogies a week, but I don't count those (ever) in my smoking total.

I was commissioned to do a 3 part documentary for utube err not, but here it is, called:

The Power of Christ Compels House!

I was in total rrage mode.. having lost my cool earlier in the day, so every other word is F*ck in parts 2 and three.. also there is approx. 1 minutes of silence in part one prior to narration , and approx. 4 minutes in part 2 prior to same. Haha worth a view.. bat chit crazy prayer group speaking in tongues and alleging coat hanger abortions in the garage of the house across the street from my place.. at times u can clearly hear them when Im not running my cake hole.

and they didn't sell the house obviously derrr
