Reason: Thanks Obama
It is a chronicle of weight loss/physical transformation afterall, no? lol os
Anyway, Mutanti.. listened to Lucretia during the run and holy b-jesus belt.. its all subjective, but.. for me.. no pretense, show or superfluous speed in the solo.. just sublime.. Mustaine obviously does 2nd half of solo imo
I'm enjoying my 3rd of 3 consecutive days of rest again lol back at it tomorrow fierce.. hummus and baby carrots to eat at work, then 70 minutes again at least.. full weekend off
Had to go back to that 1 earlier job 'cause one of the faucet repairs didn't take. The fail is strong. Gal gave me another Coke lol. Another job today, a very nice family, the Mom made me lunch to go lol Burrito, 2 lil sweetie oranges(I think they're called) a brownie and a bottled water. People are good.
Ok looks like I've run/ran? 4 of the last 7 days imo
Sunday
Yesterday
Tonight
Today @ work, I go to take a leak in some unsuspecting gal's bathroom.. and I see this mirror directly opposite where you stand to take a piss.. you can't help but see yourself holding your junk and doing your business.. had to take a photo imo
still at 10 lbs lost approx.. didn't hardly eat anything today.. hummus and baby carrots and a lil Chinese left-overs @ the shop after work.. definitely building leg muscle.. cause they ache just a little. And as far as I understand things lol the more muscle the more calories are being burned and stuff.
Hey! When can I expect my 'welcome to the community' party or wtf ever it is?
Today @ work.. had one job this Saturday. I had to replace an entrance/entry valve/main water shut-off to the whole house.. if you catch my drift.. The existing valve was shot, bent stem.. handle screw had sheared off in the stem.. dripping from the body.. no hope. What made it a minor challenge was the proximity to the concrete basement wall IMO.
Chipped a bit of concrete, cut out the electrical ground connection(haha) and removed the valve, leaving the flared nut and flared end of the pipe, which prevents the removal of said flared nut.
Then cut the flared end of the pipe off so as to remove flared nut and facilitate install of new valve.(water obviously is shut-off at the meter this whole time derrr)
Casualties of War err lil boo boo, unguarded grinder disc caught my finger.. No war really, gotta work smart IMO iykwim.
Finished product complete with considered loop down before up, so that any plumber to work on this stuff down the line doesn't have to deal with the joint/connection right up against the foundation wall.(that is of course as long as that solder joint right at the wall doesn't fail for some reason. they rarely do in my experience though) That's how we do.
Sheeeiiiit 2 plus hours IMO and done.
It's alright, it's alright!
No running today or tomorrow, after running 5 of the previous 9 days.. f*ckin' whipped!

Reason: Couldn't find a new flared valve that had the same threads as the existing nut, therefore the more involved process.
Amazing what some rest for recovery can do! Best session to date, not longest, but most mileage per time thingy. Averaged a bit better than a 10 minute mile over the last 12 minutes of the 70.. it takes me 15/20 minutes to work up a lather, but after that I'm good to go.
Gonna start doin some bench press at the boss' after work imo.. did 2 reps of 15, then one rep of 12(not much weight either.. eh oh well).. didn't wanna go crazy.. see if I feel something tomorrow.
Shout out to my boyees JustJ and wombat.. appreciate the encouragement. It does help to motivate
Keep doing work and keep up with the elite female posting. Btw, a guy your size should be able to bench 35x2 on each side per 8 reps easily. That's only 35x4+45=185. I have faith. My experience is that any reps over 8 are for womens. YMMV.
Jobs 1 and 4 respectively of 4 @ work today, I had helpers. I was literally ass-end out of a cabinet below a kitchen sink when this little guy walked through my legs, I'm almost 100% certain, and into the cabinet. Then a feline friend on my last job : )
