you still have to be accepted at the table just like in life to have a comfortable day. so play within the rules and be enjoyable to play with, and most times you can win if you play better than your opponents.
1. What is the edge you speak of?
2. Accepted at the table? If one pays the buy in, what does acceptance at the table has to do with it? Everyone there wants your chips, after all it is a competition.
3. Enjoyable to play with?
I don't get this one at all, 9 different personalities at once, all eyes on the prize.
I try to not let emotions get in the way of making the best play.
I've realized poker is so enjoyable and fun, and an ongoing education of wit, skill, and bluff. The bluffing part is not very enjoyable but fascinating at the same time and gives me a rush when I've pulled one out and won.
