I learned something today that I can't post about. It is occupying a large part of my bandwith.

I don't even know what to say. I'm feeling a mix of good fortune, sadness, laughter, and amazement.

I am a very lucky man. The universe has been unfolding for me since I was a child. I can only hope that it will continue to.

It would be nice to see the shapes more often.

Super Mario RPG, a game I have forever wanted to try, is coming out in just under four hours. I've had a love affair with Mario that stretches back to the NES days.

I’m jealous you get to play it for the first time. I wish I could play smrpg again for the first time.

I hope we are able to meetup someday Bryceman.

If you’re in vegas i’ll be there for the series. At least part of it.

Video Game Update:

Mario RPG is just fun enough to retain my interest. I haven't played many role-playing games... it feels like an SNES game ...the battling is hardcore, already got a game over early on. I have a feeling the story and dialogue will be great. Message me if you would like my Twitch handle, I'm on at night somewhat often and it's fun to hang out.

I am bad at video games. This wasn't always so, but I am reminded of this truth constantly. Brb finding the RPG issue of Nintendo Power....

The Genius of Birds and six bags of seaweed arrived in the mail. I am 20% of the way through Doyle's autobiography, which is actually brilliantly written, a true page turner, and authentic to its core. It's shameful how little reading I did back home, I don't know why that was for certain but there were past memories glued to my bedroom walls, and that was that. I tend to live in the present these days, living in the past was practically it's own disorder, I suppose some people live in the future and while that may be something to strive for I know I'm in the right place at the right time currently. I'm taking the day off from playing poker (which means on a normal night there's a 40% chance I'll be on a waitlist by midnight, but tonight is F1 which means god knows what but I am reminded of clock town in Majora's mask on the third day lol....) so expect a blog-dump from me today, or not, like I said I'm not really in the future.

I'm going out into the wild. I am dressed for my worst - I am in all black, and all dirty. Most of the stains will be hidden by the night, or by a poker table, but I will not forget the truth of the matter; tonight I am the worst dressed billionaire in Las Vegas.

Tomorrow I'm going to Westgate to watch The Lions. Despite Encore being ridiculously nice, it has an upscale vibe that is the total opposite of what it's like hanging out at Westgate. I get burned-out from being around beautiful people.

I'm feeling ADD to the max. I lasted through the early portion of the second quarter before leaving to grab a bagel. I might go out for another meal to break up the monotony.

Westgate has my favorite sports book. Everything you need is there. Poker room off to the side (assuming it's still in operation), giant screens, plenty of seating, killer sound system, craft beers, pizza by the slice.
