so I frankensteined the cubic corsair 540 mid case, nvidia x79 classified mobo, gtx760 gpu, 8 gigs of corsair 1600 ram, and the i7 quadcore 3820 and I put it all together without any major ****ups as far as I can tell. although there were a lot more leftover pieces than I thought there should be, I can't figure out where they would go. the thing seems to be buzzing along well enough, I got dayZ standalone running at max everything without lag.

although maybe the FPS were off cause I got motion sickness in under an hour. but that could have been from fear too

oh yeah and I put a corsair h100i watercooler on the cpu, that one had a LOT of extra parts left over. and I didn't screw in the bottom 3 holes on the mobo cause there weren't any standoffs. and I can't get additional power to the pci-e slots without gauging a hole in the bottom of the case because nvidia should be spelled n******* cause their **** doesn't fit in anybody else's ****
