Welcome to my blog, will cliff for you guys as no one wants to read paragraphs of text:

>used to be very fit and healthy
>had surgery
>couldn't walk for the best part of 3 months
>not been to gym for 5 months
>been eating/drinking whatever I feel like
>feel and look like ****
>started up in the gym again this week and fixed diet
>will log my progress here with pics

Will probably update pics every 2 weeks.

Need to lose body fat and bring up chest asap. Have been to the gym every day this week, doing weights and cardio.

>painful as hell delayed muscle soreness
>very weak e.g. have lost 40kg off my bench
>diet has been clean and added in liquid egg whites

>diet has not been amazing, need to eat cleaner but still not drank any booze

Challenge complete!

Will maintain now and then bulk over winter. Will probably start another thread in November/December because this really helps with motivation.
