I just managed to catch the next flight, so I didn't get stranded, but it was too close for comfort. Back home now, just unpacked and did a little food shopping. Time to get back to the boring old routine.

Back to the daily grind.

I went to the pub for dinner the other night, then the cinema to see the Martian. It wasn't half bad. I wasn't too keen on the ending, it was pretty lame, but other than that id give it a thumbs up.

Hard to believe, but I wasn't always such a loser. Back when I was a teenager I had, no word of a lie, literally three girls who actively tried to date me, one of which succeeded. They would talk to me everyday for hours, and I was able to talk back. Can you imagine that, me being able to hold a conversation for longer than 5 minutes.

Do most of the people you went to school with still live in the area? I'd estimate 75% of the folks I graduated high school with have moved from the town we grew up in.

I can say for sure that maybe 2% of the people are still here. I have no idea what the other 98% are up to. I don't exactly keep in touch with many folks.
