Cool From micros to high-stakes. Do not stop at mid-stakes.

This is my first ever post on 2+2. The reason I am starting this blog is because I have nothing better to do. I'm serious. Not trying to be cool or anything.

I suffer from major depression, ADD and severe anxiety attacks. Every time the mail gets delivered I go through this process where my heart starts pounding so fast that I'm convinced my heart will explode. Sometimes I even position myself in my living room so that when I drop dead, my downstairs neighbor will hear the thump loud and clear so he can call 911.

That's me in a nutshell.

This blog isn't necessarily about depression. Who would want to read that depressing stuff, right?!! <insert awkward laugh> hehe. I know.

No, this blog is about my plan to use the micro-MTTs as a springboard to the high-stakes tournaments, without having to do it slowly by moving up stakes. Like I said, I have ADD, so I have zero patience. I need to have it all right now or I get restless and agitated.

So, why do I want to live in high-stakes territory?

Because micro-stakes are a waste of time. Micro-stakes don't pay the rent. The Big $5.50 regulars never tweet about how they are taking the summer off to go play live in Vegas. No, we are the guys who read about all the other guys on live reporting websites and cry ourselves to sleep because we can't seem to get our bankroll over the magical $100 threshold before going broke. Again.

We can sum the above up in a single image.

I want bitches. I will probably never be able to get near one without hyperventilating, but reaching that point is probably rewarding enough and will lead to orgasms one way or the other.

Yes, I will share details when we get there. That's what bros do.

The plan

Now I will disclose my master plan: Satellites.

Simple, yet effective.

Let's not waste time playing $2 tournaments that run for 8 hours and will nearly always end in self loathing. I hate that feeling when you get super close - like top 15 - and then you see you've won $16. I am so effing done with that.

Instead I will qualify ultra cheap for the bigger buy-in tournaments and try to win one for ~$15,000 so I can become the stuff of legends and tweet interesting tweets about deep runs in totally awesome live events. I would, of course, never actually leave the house -- and thus people would talk about me being mysterious and legendary and probably from Sweden (which I'm not - which adds even more sugar to the mystery).

Or maybe the depression will fade away once I become a baller. Money might actually be a cure. Then I would go outside and ... do whatever people do outside nowadays.

I'll grab one more image from my blog to show you guys. It's my daily satellite schedule.

See that? The road to riches and bitches my friends.

The rules

I'll use my personal blog for talking about the mental challenges I face and how that affects my game. I'll use 2+2 to blog about progress and hands I play. There will be a lot of talk about my mental state because I suspect I will have random bursts of rage and tilt, so that will most likely affect my game.

I'm a keyboard warrior! I get strength from anonymity. So let's not use my screennames. That cool?

Well, that's post #1 I believe.

This doesn't sound like a very good idea to me.
