It's no different.
I guess, technically, it's different in that PP adjusted his expectations and didn't delete it.

I could've used a MattyIce showing up v Brees going up (in flames) kind of night.

I had both qb's in different leagues. Didn't care who won the game

Selma and I are at a place that I like.

You pick your entree, which is basically - fried chicken, smoked chicken, chicken fried steak, fried catfish, or pot roast. They bring you unlimited sides.

It's good.

Hi, franfran.
Sunday lunch here looks like me eating a bowl of cereal (sugar Pops).
The little one is in her room watching youtube videos and Wifey went to get nails done and do some shopping.
After cereal, I'm back in bed to watch football.

It was the first meal of the day, so cereal was a good fit.

I figured that, but we don't usually do Sunday brunch. We don't usually do much of anything
We don't go to church or whatever, so we fart around all weekend.
Saturday usually has more chores. Try to get housework done in the morning, then goof off later. If there are no plans, sleeping late on Sunday is the goal.
Since I slept late and the wife was going out...cereal was a quick/easy way to get some fuel (needed more energy to lie around watching TV all day).

I see. We have rich family lunch on Sundays. I guess the reason we have that traditoon is that we come from poor landworking families so they wanted to have full table at least once per week.

Sundays were a much bigger deal, when I was a child.
I think the modernization of our culture offers so many options, folks have been drawn away from communal Sundays.
Farming and churching were the big deals, back in the day.
When I was a kid, the stores and restaurants were closed on Sundays, so if you wanted to do something, you did it at home, with your neighbors, or your extended family.
We only had 3 TV channels (and most of the programming was black & white), no fm radio, cassette or 8-track tapes. No internet, no computers, no microwave ovens, no cell phones, no fast food.
I don't really miss those days.
