Swan Drive-in in Blue Ridge, GA is pretty awesome.
Double features, not a bunch of gangsters like the drive-in in Atlanta.
Kids had never been to one.
It was great.
Watched cloudy w/ meatballs 2 and mortal instruments 2.
(The films weren't the reason we went, obv.).
Put about 3" of padding in the bed of the truck, a giant bean bag chair, a boom box (audio is broadcast on FM radio), and an assortment of blankets and sleeping bags. Backed into the parking space, and we were set.
The whole event, with tons of concessions, was like $40.
