After a dissapointing 2012, 2013 is a good year for me so far. But the next six weeks decide weather it becomes a great or a bad year. There is a crazy amount of work to be done in every section of my life. This blog is an instrument to keep focus, analyze and organize the stuff.

First of all I have to warn you. English isn't my first language, I'm from Germany and living of poker since late 2007. However the last three years I didn't poker alot and lived mostly of my savings from the time before to focus on studying and life-changing, which lead from obese to (almost ) athletic.

There are three main sections which I have to work on.

I) Finances (poker)
II) Career (writing bachelor thesis, post study planing)
III) Health (nutrition, exercise)

Since this is a poker related forum I better start with the poker stuff.

I) I didn't enjoy poker for atleast three years now, didn't poker at all for 10 months of the year and then focussed 2x 1 month per year on poker only in my study break, where I pokered and made theory for 8 to 10 hours every day to earn enough money to not have to poker again for the next 5 months till my next study break. I play nl100/200 since 2008 and never touched nl400 since 2009.
So why poker if it's no enjoyment? I always say, it's the best side job in the world. You can start a game every time, from home and and have a top hourly.
Today I am almost cash broke. I have about $500 left online and when I'm not going out of November cash positive, I have to cancel my last longterm investment.

My goal is to get as many hands as possible in at nl50 in November, to hopefully get back to nl100 in December and start a theory offensive. If I succeed in the other two sections, then I will have 4 weeks off beginning Christmas. Till then my goal is to have a good bankroll and updated theory knowledge to use the post christmas good games.

And of course since every poker post without a graph is boring, here it is. Latest database.
Spoiler:

Continues tomorrow with section II.

Worked my butt off today. This is the pace I need to go every single day. Delay the writing about section II though.
And even pokered the last 2 days with a small plus. I aim to get back into poker, so I will watch a theory video every morning and reading pokerrelated stuff before bedtime. If you can recommend something from Deuces Cracked for small-to-midstakes NL please let me know.

    Villain is 62/35 w/ 3.8 agrf.
I think he is calling the flop with almost his entirely range. So there are alot of hands he may fold on the turn and if he calls the plan is to shut down on the river except another scarecard hits. When he donks this river I expect him to have a 7x or a counterfitted hand like 22-66, 5x. With this sizing more likely to be a bluff. Still a close call, cause he sometimes bluffs with better hands.
