i have a random happy thought to share, along with some motivation free of charge. these geezers that want to inseminate you will start getting younger in direct correlation with each pound lost.

and the happy thought - greater society is recalibrating itself regarding gender and identity. which is cool, except that most people have it wrong. there actually is no such thing as man and woman, in fact we are all n-sided polygons.

Happy Thoughts:
The production manager called me out during a meeting with mangagment and said I was on top of some things and was doing a great job, then my ex-boss^2/now partner chimed in and said "yeah, she's being my mentor now". It made me feel good coming from them and I appreciate it, but I felt incredibly awkward with everyone looking at me. I just dont know how to respond or actually in that spot. I said thank you,but I was acting weird.

Maybe you were acting weird, but if you just said "thanks" o/w and didn't go around hugging them, nobody noticed. Most of the time people are self-conscious in a social situation, the other people dgaf about you enough to notice anything-- they're too busy paying attention to whatever's going through their own head to care what you're doing.

Yeah, I'm bout to be real direct with these guys.
I had another old guy hitting on me at lunch today. I think he is in his 50s.
I've got to change my Facebook status back to in a relationship, this is getting rediculous.
I know I can't do it, but I wish I could hang a sign on my door that said, "If you are over 40, DO NOT ask me out"

This approach is 100% gauranteed to result in frustration and disappointment for you.
