Hello everybody!

I am ShipIt87 and I'm 27 year old student/beginner poker player from Finland. I have played poker online and live (rarely) since 2013 and playing has been kind of passing the time ever since I started university and I have my time off from studying. So I haven't played lot but I could say I know the basics.

I started to write my blog about my journey from microstakes Zoom/Rush poker to higher stakes and hopefully become better poker player. Before I played mostly 180 and 90-man SNG's but I hadn't that much time to spent with tournament poker so I started to play cash rings with my first depo.

I was between two hard choices; do I start the write blog here in 2+2 Community where I could possibly get help and useful tips to get better player or could I start to write in some of these blogging platforms like Blogger or WordPress to just write about **** when I got chance to. Well I picked up the Blogger and started my new blog to check how it starts and is it reaching people out well enough, but if it doesn't it's possible that I continue to write my "story" here if you guys don't mind!

You can check my first two posts in original site and give your opinion for that!

Cheers!

You can't link to outside sites/blogs. If you want to do a blog here, put your blog posts directly in the thread. Thanks.

Yeah that's what I thought. Well I put my intro and first post together from the original site. There's nothing much to say about today, just tried to fix freaking Holdem Manager 2 HUD to work with PS Zoom and after 1,5 hour of fight I finally got it working! I have to go soccer practice but later game on. I transferred bankroll to Poker Stars because there's surprisingly not much action in NL5 Zoom @ Full Tilt.

I am 27 year old student guy from Turku, Finland. Most of the time I study my "later-to-come" profession with nose touching the 600 page books with any interests whatsoever. I spend my off-study -time with my computer playing microstakes Zoom/Rush Texas Hold'em online on Full Tilt Poker and PokerStars. I would mention right a way, that IM NOT A PRO, I'm just trying to focus some of my time to learn to play better and possibly make some little extra income. I have played online poker since 2013.

So, my blog is gonna tell you about my life as a online poker grinder (stats, reports, session posts), part student and enjoyin my everyday life (music, sports, food, activities) in my beautiful summery hometown and outside of it.

Hope you enjoy it and tell your friends to come to check it out also, peace out!

Sup everybody!

Half of the week has been spent and sun is shining warmly and brightly which is pretty much new here in Finland this summer lol. Well straight to the point. I've been sick since sunday and I have mostly rested, played poker and watched some ****ty comedy movies from Netflix.

I logged in to my Full Tilt Poker account and checked if there's some action going on on NL5 Rush 6max tables and it totally was. I made my first deposit and claimed Full Tilt's own 100% deposit bonus with deposit of $25 so I can start to play MTT 90 and 180 players but I didn't have that much time to play tournament based poker so I wanted to switch back to my own game, cash games. Because of this ****ty new update from Full Tilt Poker when you dont have much of information about the normal ring cash game table like before or something like that. I decided to start to play NL2 Rush 6max cash games with a standard 50 bb buy in, with this buy in I had like 25 buy-ins which is good for NL2 Rush because playing is much more playing tightly.

I started to grind 4 tables at a time in NL2 tables and I have now shipped it to $80. Now I have over 30 buy ins to the next stakes NL5. My bankroll management to allows me to get this "mini shots" to higher stakes. If I had a bad session and take like a 12 buy in swing down I could go lower stakes. I also had a plan that I grind last $10 of the first deposit bonus and start to play in PokerStars because there's so much more volume and players.

Now I'm just gonna chill out and waiting to get some action in NL5. I'm going to also check UEFA Champions League Qualifiers when FC Astana (KAZ) - HJK (FIN) 2nd leg, winner gets place automatically to the UEFA Europa League group stage if lose the UCL last qualifier rounds before the group stage, can't wait!!

Under the post is my last night late session stats, for some reason those Session start times are ****ed up and I haven't been get them checked correct.

What's up 2+2! Any HM2 users here? I wish someone could help me out with my problem. Everytime when I start my HM2.exe the software asks me validation code all the freaking time even tho I have validated the license like 20 times and checked "My Licenses" and everything should be right there. I couldn't find thread from HM2 Forums and maybe someone here could help me out faster.
