Re: 60 days blog
Is there a target, like a weight you are hoping to achieve, or is this more of a religious pilgrimage?

Re: 60 days blog
I was inBelgrade yesterday all day, I ate some awesome meals in one of the best restaurants in Serbia, however the meeting was too serious to take pictures of the meals
Today I left for a long weekend to the seacoast with my family. We were on the sea and beaches for the whole day. I even lost my wedding ringin the sea- was diving to find it- spent total of almost 2 hours looking for it- failed- its lost- but I had fun time diving.
Afterwards we were too tired to go to the restaurant so I called one nice local restaurant I know well to prepare us some cuttlefish risotto and some shrimps risotto so I can pick it up and take it home.
Now, I'm enjoying glass of red wine with a nice view, I think this will end up being a nice weekend.
Also, I reserved a dinner with my mrs in some would say best restaurants in the Eastern Europe for saturday, so expect some nice food pics then.

Re: 60 days blog
I dont remember all ingredients of different meals we had bcs it's a high gastronomy- every meal has so.many.of them that its impossible to remember it if you aint a professional. Masterchef went out before every meal and introduced it to us before we started eating it, that was really nice. So on the above mixed picture, starting at the top left, I remember that this was some cuttlefish chips with cranberries and tonna mayo or something, he mentioned some menta dust or something too.
-Then we had our first starter, it's a spanish persutto filled with millions of things, I remember strawberries yeh I forgot everything about this starter but it was nutz.
-Starter no.2 my favorite, beef tartare, he told us that it was dried in some special conditions for 60 days, there are many ingredients also in it, and I tell you guys, I am a big fan of beef tartares and I tried maaaany of them, this was by far the best one I ate. This yellow thing on top is some home made ice cream they made of tons of herbs and vanilla.
-on the right if it, my wifes main course- veal cheeks, cooked 20 hours, with some special sause which was cooked 40 hours, I dont remember how was it cooked he tokd us more about this meal, but I was trying some wine, and who cares for my wifes meal and stuff. I know he mentioned some vacuuming ...
- then my rib eye,I ordered it rare, it was nutz, it was salted with this pink salt you can see, it's some salt which was dried in wine, I had some grilled vegetables on the side (you can see it on a bigger pic)
-The last pic is a desert we shared, there are million.things on that plate again, I remembered this orange, chocolate, cherry sorbets, some special chocolate he talked us about, but I dont know much about it,it was delicious.
