Why 60 days?
I decided not to eat bread, sweets, chocolate and any unhealthy food for 60 days, also I will exercise 20 mins per day in the following 60 days (so if I miss one day I can exercise 40 mins the other one- it must be 20 per day wheh the 60 days period is over)
