I had some meetings in the morning, I picked up that from one restaurant (took it to go) and brought it home, so Mrs didnt cook today. Now, I'm off to work again, and afterwards I'm meeting some friends for some party, so I guess I won't have time to exercise today.

You can do so much with oats. Now in the summer, just with cold milk and fruit and you can put some roasted not salted nuts into it. Or as a student, when I did not have a microwave, I just had put a little bit of boiling water on the dry oats and then milk. This boiling water on them changes a little bit the structure and it tastes slightly different, than just oats with milk. If you make pancakes, you can put a spoon or 2 of the oats in them. It changes the structure. You get something to chew on compared with pancakes just from the white flower. You can make some muesli from oats and may be buckweat or basically any other corn, made to flakes and eat it with yogurt.
Oats are cool.
