Then post something about that! At the beginning of your last blog you had 3 or 4 posts about what you have read. It was like a completely other side from you. Completely different to what you do usually.

It doesn't have to be about jokes and fun and entertaining. But the problem with your threads is that advice people give you seems not to help. It is frustrating. And you helping others..... I mean if you look around at 2+2 you find a lot of people with various problems: starting with how to play XYZ and ending with job search and GA and health stuff. Try to contribute something constructive to the solution of those.

In order for a blog-like thread primarily about OP's life to exist in OOT it needs to be about something of interest to a large number of people (you having quit your job doesn't qualify; chopstick sailing around the world does); or bring schadenfreude and an OP willing to engage with posters in an entertaining manner and provide lots of opportunity for mockery (MLLYLT's job thread, Kevin B's screenplay thread, or, above all, the BayAreaBeast threads). Your thread does not meet either of these criteria, so you get resigned to the blog forum, as would 99% of people if they tried to make a thread like yours in OOT.

So we have to "mock" people and hurt them to be allowed to post in OOT. Sorry but I can't do that I find that disrespectfull and bad taste.

If I posted a poker hand I don't want people to mock me I would expect people to provide their poker analysis. So in the same way about things posted in OOT. I expect people to be decent human beings.

OOT is not a life strategy forum. It's an entertainment forum, but people are happy to post good analysis regarding topics that engage or otherwise entertain them.

You got a thread moved. Big deal. Go back to enjoying your new-found freedom instead of being upset about something that happened on an internet forum.

Since I'm not a part of this community it's best for me to leave. I wanted to talk about the tremendous life changes I'm going through. If mocking others is not considered trolling and if being open and honest about subject matter is not entrainment then I must go. I'll get banned for laughs and kicks.
