Not very good idea. Know for sure it hasn't been done in 15 years.

No action today, may do something later. This may be a moderate success area, in contrast to the weight dropping (and maybe gym), which has been a success story without bigger buts so far. Just don't have the energy and motivation.

But will be back (without posting the Arnold video)

Weight drop basically just needs laziness, cleaning and de-cluttering not so much so. There's some philosophy.

Cuddos to you for doing this and sticking with it. The title of the blog makes me go eek, "nope, not gonna read, don't need any reminders the house needs to be cleaned and decluttered" Everytime I scroll past it lol....I opened and read because it's you.

Nice, but I already kind of fell off the wagon...

It has gone from one hour a day to "do even something"

Spouse goes through a few magazines each day now. That saves the situation!

Used the timer again, surprised myself a bit. Nice, there's still hope.

Think 30 minutes a day will be it. The one hour just made me do nothing at all. Let's see how this plan works out.

Gym half an hour, cleaning half an hour. Sum one hour of necessary stuff.

The half an hour really worked.

If you really put half an hour a day on your home, would say results will be seen. So don't overdo it, don't underdo it

Once the house is de-cluttered, which will take about a decade at your new rate, try something even more useful: De-clutter your brain. Ask me how. I'll send you a brochure for the amazing discount price $25. Order the needed products from the brochure and save an additional 25% on each order.

A trend seems to be I use the timer on 30 minutes at weekdays, for getting a minimum of engaging in those necessary home things. At weekend(s) I kind of keep the timer in mind without actually turning it on. With so much time on my hands at weekends the timer seems somehow...silly?

Timer on weekends and free days also, thinking too much about the issue otherwise. The minimum - possible bonus time suits well. This is still searching its forms, patience.

I'm back! You have other projects too, but what puts me back on track are those 30 minutes on the timer. Some periods can do without it, but virtually all restarting involves that timer: "do something for half an hour".

What's new is I try to enjoy even those 30 minutes. If I ever succeed with that, then magic may happen in the house.
