You really get much done in an hour. And there's a finite amount to do in a confined space like an apartment. Not talking about seeing general progress in weeks though, but most probably in months. A bit the same time scale as dropping weight and gaining physical ability through workout.
Emptied some bags, and so on. My better physical fitness really helps for continuing cleaning one hour without break. The lost weight and training helps me rise from the floor without effort for example. The better cardio and agility certainly also help the durability.
