Hi everyone! I've been making video blogs of my travels for quite a long time and for some reason, I never thought about posting these videos up on twoplustwo.

I went to Osaka and Kyoto recently. Kyoto was definitely the best trip I've ever had in my life partly because I proposed to my fiance there but also because of the amazing food. I found out about Ohmi and Matsuzaka beef which many Japanese people say is better than Kobe. I also had fire ramen at Menbakaichidai and lots of other amazing stuff.

Hi PP, Cheryl and I are both Singaporean. The Ohmi beef I had in that video was insane! Japan is our favourite destination and we try to go there at least once a year and I've met a couple of 2p2ers there as well.

One of the things I always try to do in a foreign country is to speak to as many locals as I can about their personal lives and their view of their culture. I always end up learning plenty of things that I never knew before. For example, many of the Japanese men I met tell me that they give their wives their entire salary and their wives control all the finances, including savings. Their wives then give them an allowance of about $500 a month to spend on their own stuff.

Hi lads! Here's a little overview of my trip to Osaka. I had Kobe beef and went to a park filled with deer. It was awesome. This is prolly my best vid in terms of music and editing, I think.

Ladies and gents, here's my trip to Nagai Park and Nara Park.

We started our second day in Osaka, Japan, by visiting Nagai Park which was right next to Abiko where we we staying. We came across the beautiful botanic gardens and we also had our breakfast there. After that we had gyoza and some epic fried chicken at a restaurant right under the train station.

We then took a train to Nara which is probably the best place to die on earth. There were tons of free-roaming deer, just running around and being deer like. They were generally very meek but they would get a little aggressive if they saw food. We had a break in a small little tea house in Nara Park before we ended up feeding the deer there.

For dinner, we went to Manmaru, a nearby restaurant and we had fried cheese, tebasaki and other types of chicken. It was AMAZING!
