Hey whats up 2+2 Its the broke poker playa here. Hahaha. Im am really broke it is pathetic. I am still alive tho that is a plus. Before I go in to my goal and steps of getting there. Let me tell you a little about myself. Lets me start by saying I am a complete loser. I had plenty of opportunities in my life and ****ed them all up. Most of my life I have been wasting time and not doing much with myself hahaha. Now I have a new game plan just to enjoy myself playing poker and struggling through day to day survival. Im 32 right now unemployed no car not much in the bank. I rent a room in a house shared by my brother and two friends we have known for a very long time. Last few years of my life I have been dealing with regret anger and depression aka self pity. Hahahha besides working playing poker or smoking weed I wasnt doing much with myself hahaha. Yeah I know very productive life. I havent had a girlfriend since the mother of my child who broke up with me seven years ago. I pay child support when I have it and see my son when we get the chance to hang out together its fun. Im not a great father but I do come through from time to time. Besides all that I have a new goal in life to play in the wsop main event. Along with that live a healther life style. Exercise a little bit leave the Newports weed and alcohol for the people that need it because I really dont anymore. Now I will never quit these things completely but I will most definitely slow down on these things hahahha. Easier said then done.

Now on how I plan on accomplishing this goal. First find a job no more poker will be played until I do that.Hahahaha then I need to place 100 dollars on the side 100x. As I place money to the side I will play in poker games. Some home type games casino games and online if I can get around to it. Im taking this goal seriously and my life seriously from this moment on. I have been dickin around for tooo long. Now understand this goal may take years and years to accomplish and I am not worried about that nor am I worried about how much I win or lose money wise. Im just going to live in the moment and love every second of it. Most of all try to be better every single day every monent for the rest of my life. 2+2 whats up?? I took a mini step today and found a job. haha its a warehouse job it starts with ****ty pay with chance of raises and bounes down the line. Haha after a couple weeks of hard work I will be at the poker table Haha. Wish me luck.

What's up 2+2. Its the thebrokepokerplaya here. I have not made a update in a few. Im still in the process of making a step towards my goal. things got prolonged I thought I had a job in a warehouse did the orientation was waiting for a call on a start date. Never received the call I called them twice and they said they didnt have a start date for me. Its been over four weeks so looks like that not happening. I found another job though washing dishes. It sucks to be back doing that but what can I say thats what i get for ****ing up opportunities. Maybe after a while I can go fRom dishwasher to cook. Hahaha who knows my job is a pm shift so maybe if i get off My ass i could find a job for the day shift. We will see what happens. Other then work I have been switching up my daily routine a little bit. I have been eating more apple and oranges drinking more water and doing some push ups. Push ups have been helping me with me my Newport cravings. I do as many proper push ups as I can. It gets me very winded those deep breathes feel good. Gets the blood flowing. I still smoke but i feel like i have slowed down a tad bit. I have been playing a little bit of poker some home games tournament style. I won one not so lucky in the others. For me poker is not about the money. Dont get me wrong I would love to win loads of cash. It just doesnt happen like that for most players. For me its the action the competitiveness the fun. I will update again when finally complete a full step. My goal for the first step is to play at the 1-2 table with 200$. Either i atleast double up or get cracked no in between. Thanks for reading. Whats up 2+2 Its the broke poker player here. Today is a bitter sweet day for me. Sweet part is that i finally completed my first step in my goal. Haha it took a long time to do that Haha. If it takes this long for every step Jesus will come back before i complete this mission. After a few weeks of work. I got a check that i could use for my poker life. I played a tournament at a local casino 75$ dollar buy in. Didnt make the money but whatever i had a good time. After the tournament I went to the cage and got me a black chip. Thats a 100$ chip. I believe its like that at most Im not sure. Thats my first 100$ towards my goal 9900 more to go long journey. I will try to injoy that journey as much as possible. I have a few extra dollars i will use for home type 20$ buy ins until Im ready to complete my 2nd step. For my second step I must play for bigger stakes atleast 150$ at the 1-2 table or 250$ at the 2-5 table. Not much of a increase but i have to try to step it up. I cant play 75$ tournaments then one day play in a wsop main event that doesnt seem right Haha. One step at a time tho is the key and enjoy every moment.
Bitter news is i stop doing push And i have been feeling down about life cant get over all the mistakes i made. I been smoking newports like crazy. Slowed down on the weed and my eating habits are horrible. I have to change things around. Well Thats enough Im sleepy Haha. Wish me luck. thanks.

Hang in there man. All of the little steps will lead to your goal. Continue to push yourself to sticking with the plan you outlined. Have you considered a 30/60/90 day plan to help stay on track?

Hey whats up 2+2 its the broke poker playa here. I have a update to make lol. First I would like thank movado for the encouragement and best wishes wishes. I never heard of the 30/60/90 plan maybe you could explain it to me. Now for my update. I just got a second full time job which is awesome. Its in a warehouse for a Pharmaceutical company. Im thinkin maybe i can bust my butt for these next 100 weeks. Save up as much cash as possible then buy me a real nice car. Something that can last me 10+ years if i take real could care of it. The 100 week plan would to but 300$ a week up from my first shift job. Then with my second job pay my rent bills food clothing poker ect. We will see how this works out. Its time for me to put this work in its long overdue. I know working two jobs will be a difficult task but right now i am motivated for the challenge. Ok besides working I have been playing some poker. I decided just for the fun of stats and for planning my next poker moves I will keep track of my winnings and losses during these 100 steps. Im keeping track from when i put my first 100$ up for the wsop main event. And right now Im currently down 315$. I played two 75$ tournaments at my local casino also three house games which only cost me and total of 65$. Most importantly i placed 100$ toward my goal. My last couple round of poker havent gone my way. I feel like people are bluffing me a lot i just dont know how to counter act it most of the time so i fold. I must say tho during these last couple rounds every hand that finished my off I was caught from behind on the river its not a lie. So hopefully I can keep that trend up things will start going my way hopefully. So for the next two weeks I dont have any money for poker. My plans is to work hard eat right sleep right and smoke as little as possible hopefully not all. But i realize going cold turkey wont work i have to bring myself down gradually. lol. I have my next poker round planned out already tho. Two fridays from now I will be getting paid from both jobs . That Monday which is the 4th of July I will put 100$ up for my second step and jump into the 1-2 game with 85$. Once i put my 85$ in red chips on the table that will have me in for a total of -500$. I will walk away a winner lol and whatever i win i shall spend it on something. Instead of putting it right back into poker lol. Wish me luck and have a wonderful day.

Whats up 2+2 its the brokepokerplaya here. With a quick update on my broke ass thoughts. I tried working two jobs but after three days of both jobs i deciede its not worth it for me. I just need to get my life together and get one good job. I deciede to keep the job at the restaurant. Its in walking distance pays the same 10$ per hour and i get a free meal every shift. Beats catching the bus at the crack of dawn everyday. Im get 38 hours a week at my job whatever it pays the bills for now. I have mental and physical health to work on way more important then slaving two jobs to have money. Besides that i just played a round of poker a home game 20$ buy in. I bought in twice lol. First buy in i had two pair on the turn but the villian hit a straight. I bet hard all in i was done. Next buy in i hit a ace high straight on the flop with a k10. Villian bets i call. Turn is a 3 Villian bets I come over top all in. Villain shows Aq for two pair hits the ace of the river for the boat lol. Thats how things been going so what its all fun. So right now Im down 355$ one step in. Im going to the 1-2 table with 145$ next pay check. Then I will see where I go from there. Have a wonderful day Hahaha

Hey 2+2 I forgot i bought two sctrach off lottery tickets the other day for 10$ each. I hit one for 50$ bucks lol. So Im really down only 325$
hahhaha Im counting all my gambling since i put my first 100$ up and took my first step. I plan on gamblig more then just poker. Football season coming up i got fantasy football and bets on the games i will do. So every dollar counts. After i complete my mission of playing the wsop main event. I will probably stop gambling for ever Hahaha Im gonna make sure i enjoy this journey hahahhaha. Have a great day.

Thanks for the feedback and reading my post. When it comes to the scratch off tickets Im not depending on them. I used to buy them a lot though I cant lie. Recently though I only buy them here and there not often at all. I have to count every gamble I make for the stats and calculated risk I take. Its going to be a long journey mostly poker will be played during it but other games will be played from time to time but it all counts Hahaha. Right now I just twisted up a joint its the last of my Mary Jane. After this I am done smoking newports and weed. No longer will I be a weak minded little punk who cant controll his own life and habits. Its time for a change one day I have to die. Pls look-up how much tickets are sold (That means how much money goes into the lotto company) and how much from this money is distributed as wins. Then calculate how much do you expect to lose on every ticket.

Thanks for the input bud. Scratch offs are a thing i use to do alot. I have cut bAck drastically. You may be right though maybe i do not have what it takes. Also nine years is quick before i know it nine years will have passed. And Thats if worst comes to worst hahaha. I will love every minute and putt my best foot forward Thats all i got left in my personal journey. Besides poker and gambling i have other things i need to do.
