It doesn't include video poker. Have you tried substitute it with sex/dope/posting in various boards/writing in your blog/working-out (I mean not leasurly swiming few rounds, but working out until you can't no more. From my experience running 10 km always curbs the pressure down)?

Don't sound so hopeless! There is a realistic hope to become happy for you. (At least a lot happier than you are now)

And I don't want to be smartassy. I want you to have hope.

I have a positive ev in video poker.. I will never quit. Just bet less but still play the high limits ...

I made a big mistake of playing low limits (50 cents) a few weeks ago and I hit a royal... I was so mad!

I blew that 2k in 10 min

I hit two 5 dollar royals (25 dollar max bet) with in 2 weeks in Feb. it was a 50k payout .. I have hit about 7 quad deces this year (5k payouts)

Last Sept, Oct, December I hit a 20k Royal .. 3x20k royals. I hit a bunch 4k Royals to but lost count before I went up to higher stakes

My best night was when I hit quad deuces, a royal and another quad deuce in the same night. I went home with 36k.. Well actually cashed out 36k but went home with like 22

I know when I'm playing in a negative ev situation but I go all out ... That can **** up your stats bad.

For example, if a casino gives me 1000 dollar match , I should only play accordingly where I'm over 100 percent edge. However, I play 1000s of hands beyond the match
