Work on that. I mean feeling of being alone.

Brains are funny things, working like pretty much deterministic machines. I remember this feeling "I need someone to hug me adn say that they like me....." had always its peaks after a bigger losses. Not to feel this desperate loneliness is already worth it to get grip on that.

You need something to break this routine. Can you go into Army? Or, I don't know..... Sell everything, walk from everything away and go live for a year or two somewhere in the tropic forest? Some radical change.
