27 days clean so far?

i know how u feel, man. I'm addicted in slot machines since idk, 2-3 years or so and try to work myself out of it. reached 18 days clean so far. it really messes up your life and the way you think.

Try to find joy outside. You are in Texas or? Do you have beautiful fall? Do you put-up some Halloween deco in your house?

Try to find joy somewhere else. Not in casino and not in porn (not that I am against porn

) . But just have something else in your life.

Running is great thing. I will check-out your shoes. I run a lot and didn't find a perfect running shoes yet.

No beautiful fall colors but it is nice outside for the most part. It was chilly for a day or 2 but back to 78 today. On Tuesday it will be in the 50s and rainy but the rest of the week it will be in the 80s and sunny. Summer-like conditions mostly.
