How do you deal with that?

Did you accept, that you won't keep the house? Are you trying to borrow some money from your family? Friends? Are you going to sell your car? 7k... I think it is about 2 paychecks, Are you going to live on nothing for two months ant transfer your complete paychecks as a property tax? Something else? Are you putting your head in the sand and pretending that there is no problem?

Why bother asking? OP has no intention of responding... This blog is so strange. I can't understand why OP is even posting. What is he really getting out of this?

Do not take calls past 7:00 Pm since disrupts meditation and sleep cycle. No caffeine past 6:00 PM. Get clothes ready at night so I am not rushing. Do not stay up and play video games/TV on school night.

Day 3 War

Struggling with objective 1 (evening meditation- preparation). Did not sleep well, no meditation last night. Ingested caffeine late. Mind wandering all night and tilty.

Will try to meditate this morning for 15 min before battle.

Objective #1 has to be a habit or I will be dragging all day.

Don't you want to write in detail all your dealing with lawyers, trustees, collecting agencies and so on? I would find it extremely interesting, and am completely sure that I could learn from it.
Something along the lines:
- where exactly and how you have borrowed
- what exactly happened, when you couldn't pay any more
- how did you react, what was response from the other sides

Why I am asking at all, although all experience with you shows, that you will either ignore it, or answer with boring half sentence? Hope dies last.

Basically, I have a bunch of unsecured debt (credit cards, etc) and rushed into bankruptcy because of guilt but now I have property tax due and I don't have the second trustee bankruptcy payment (cuz of gambling) so I may cancel the entire deal to catch up on property tax. My home and car payment are current.

Rewind 1999
Beautiful summer day and I roll up my brand new 325ci in my luxury complex to check my mail. I sold some Internet stock for over 400 dollars a share after splitting 4 times. YelloW Ferrari rolls up to. Everybody is getting rich. I got my 15th credit card offer in the mail. I am buying on margin, on credit ... Maxing out the Internet boom. There is no end in site. I sit down by the million dollar pool with art sculpture contracted by Italian artist to read rest of my mail

Rushing on highway to make to the meeting. Gambled half my paycheck last night. No trustee payment and will scrape by again for next 2 weeks

After meeting standing around in parking lot

New day "I'm going to get my ass sued"

Urli "who cares, your alive"

New day "they are going to attach my bank account"

Carl (sitting in his car, door open, smoking a cigarette) "yo man you are always worrying way ahead of time"

New day "that's always been my problem"

Why do you have to send any payment at all to anyone, if you are already in the legal bankruptcy?
I thought, that trustee gets your salary except some fixed amount that is left for you to live.

How can anyone garnish your account, if you are in the bankruptcy? I mean the trustee deals with all your creditors. Or? Or are you scared that the trustee is going to go for your bank accounts?

Can anyone really garnish everything in your account at any debt stage?

Can you cancel the bankruptcy, if you are already doing it? Can you negotiate with property tax so that you don't have to pay the whole sum at once?

How long is normal bankruptcy, until all your debt goes away and how long would it take for you to really repay all your debt, if you don't gamble (I know, not going to happen, but it is an exercise to see, if the bankruptcy makes sense or not)?

And it is not so bad, if you are current on housing.
