staking micro/small SNGs - good splits (NO DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED)

I run a small stable looking for some new players to add. I had been staked for a long time as well, so being on both sides of the deal i believe i know how to provide good service for players i stake.
If you are micro/small stakes SNG grinder willing to take poker more seriously, this offer is great opportunity for you to take your poker career to the next level in relatively short period of time.
Im looking for solid, trustworthy, dedicated people, although if you are ~breaking even, willing to put a ton of time playing and studying and send good application you will also be considered.
What i offer:
-Profit split starting at 55/45 in stakee favour (also you CAN get better split from the start if your application is very strong) - and getting better once we establish our relationship and you are doing well
-Bonuses for good volume and results, other incentives (MTT shots etc)
-Moving up in stakes agressively
-Tutoring for the most prospective horses (im playing mid-hi stakes and doing well)
-Bi-weekly cashouts
-Laid-back, cheerful relationship with staker. Im available on skype pretty much all day to talk about hands, poker, life in general, share bad beat stories or just help you in any way you might need it so you feel comfortable and supported.
