Splits will be from 50/50 to 70/30 in your favour, depending on skill level and/or willingness to put in volume.

Trust is more important than skill, as you will be given the option to receive free coaching to improve and move up. So, some refrences or history from the MP is prefered.

Update : The most important thing is being trustworthy. Your chances of getting staked by us increase dramatically when a reliable person vouches for you. Leaks are fixable, missing integrity is not.
Once you are with us, we will invest a lot of time helping you to fix leaks and get solid. We dont want our players to be stuck at 2.5$ 180s for a long time.
