Hey there!
We are a dynamic team originally created with the vision of Pavel "MountainRo$e" Veksler with his close friends Vadim "vadka" Shlez and Yulia "lisyonok" Lisichkina. Since the inception in May of 2017 we have become one of the largest and the most successful poker teams in the Russian community.
Based on the experience we’ve gained and the success we’ve had in the Russian poker community, we decided to launch the MountainTeam Global – the project that will give the opportunity to non-Russian speaking players from all over the world to develop and improve as tournament poker players.
Just as the original MountainTeam the global version will be a group of driven players who want to work hard together as a team, learn and move up the stakes.
We offer full backing and a high-level coaching for all our players.
We will give players all the most effective tools for the improvement of their game: livestreams from coaches with comments and all your questions addressed, coaching sessions ranging from the real game analysis to specific topics, hand and database analysis.
We will focus on the most important and frequent spots in the game, paying attention to the psychological aspects, motivation and A-game.

What kind of people are we looking for?
You must be an online player of low and mid-stakes (ABI $1- 25) who have overall profit over a significant run (at least 2000 tournaments), who wants to learn the maximum and improve your game constantly and consistently. Poker must be your main business activity and you should be ready for a relatively long-term commitment. Most importantly, you must have spotless reputation in the poker community and there should be no financial claims against you.
How to join the team?
Fill out the application form on our website and we will schedule an online interview for you if the application is approved. Based on the results of the interview we will make you an offer to join the team.
How to earn extra $$$?
We have a referral program designed to bring new players to the team.
If you refer a player to us and he joins the team you will earn:
$100 - immediately after signing the contract!
$200 - upon this player reaching a profit of $3,000, as a part of MountainTeam!
$500 - upon this player reaching a profit of $15,000, as a part of MountainTeam!
